Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4

beehiiv (Newsletter)
When you subscribe to our community newsletter, your email address is sent to beehiiv, our email marketing platform. beehiiv stores your email and subscription preferences and sends you emails on our behalf. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
Zapier (Form Processing)
Contact and casting form submissions are relayed to our internal workflows via Zapier, an automation platform. Form data (name, email, and any other information you provide) passes through Zapier's servers in transit. Zapier does not store form data beyond what is needed for processing.
Supabase (Database)
We use Supabase to store show and event data. If you submit a form that stores data in our database, it is held on Supabase's infrastructure (hosted in the United States).
Netlify (Hosting & Infrastructure)
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard server logs including IP addresses.
Embedded Content (YouTube)
We embed YouTube videos using privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube does not store cookies unless you interact with the video player. When you play a video, YouTube may set cookies and collect data per their privacy policy.
